1. Who we are

thetamashistore.com ("the website") is run by CyberFlux Enterprises, 11A Tilak Nagar, near Law College Square, Nagpur, Maharashtra 440010, India, trading as Tamashi ("we", "us", "our"). By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2. Using this website

• You must be at least 18 years old, or use the website with the involvement of a parent or guardian, to place an order.
• You agree to give accurate information and not to misuse the website — for example by attempting to break its security, placing fraudulent orders or copying its content for commercial use.
• We may suspend or refuse service to anyone who breaches these terms.

3. Your account

You can shop as a guest or create an account. If you create one, you are responsible for keeping your password private and for activity under your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.

4. Products and pricing

• Every garment is printed to order after you buy it.
• We try to show products accurately, but colours can look slightly different on screen than in print, and small variations in print placement are normal for made-to-order garments.
• Prices are shown in the currency of the country you shop from — Indian Rupees (₹) in India, and US dollars, pounds sterling, UAE dirhams, Canadian dollars or Australian dollars in our international stores. Delivery charges and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout before you pay. Customs duties or import taxes charged by the destination country are not included and are payable by you.
• If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

5. Orders and payment

• Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm your order by email.
• All orders are prepaid online through Razorpay by card, UPI, net banking or wallet. We do not offer cash on delivery.
• We never see or store your full card details — payments are handled directly by Razorpay.
• We may cancel an order, with a full refund, if a product becomes unavailable, payment cannot be verified, or we suspect fraud.

6. Delivery, cancellations and refunds

We deliver across India and to the United States, the United Kingdom, the United Arab Emirates, Canada and Australia. Delivery times, charges and tracking are described in our shipping & delivery policy. How to cancel an order, and when refunds or replacements apply, is described in our refund & cancellation policy. Both form part of these terms.

7. Designs and intellectual property

All designs, artwork, photographs, text and branding on the website, including the Tamashi name, belong to CyberFlux Enterprises or are used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, sell or use them for commercial purposes without our written consent. Buying a product gives you the garment, not rights to the design printed on it.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as courier disruptions, natural events or government action. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

9. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If a problem comes up, please contact us first — most issues can be sorted out quickly. Any dispute that cannot be resolved will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Nagpur, Maharashtra.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed.
